Why book on this website instead of Booking or Airbnb?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is before 11 am. If you need a different time, message us on WhatsApp and we'll try to help.
How do I pay?
You pay online by card when booking, through our secure booking system. You'll receive an instant confirmation by email.
Can I cancel my booking?
When booking you choose between two rates: the flexible rate, with free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (you pay a deposit now and the rest later), and the non-refundable rate, 10% cheaper, paid in full when booking and not cancellable. The WEB code (5% off) applies to the flexible rate.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a €200 deposit by card. It's charged 2 days before your arrival and refunded 3 days after check-out, once we've checked everything is in order.
Can I request a baby cot or a bed linen change?
Yes, you can add them when booking: a baby cot with cot linen for €20 per stay, and a change of all the bed linen in the apartment for €20. If you'd like more than one change, ask us on WhatsApp (€20 each).
What are the house rules?
No smoking inside the apartment and no parties or events. Please respect the neighbours' rest, especially at night.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Is there parking?
The apartments don't include a parking space. Message us and we'll point you to the best parking options nearby.
