Do I need a tourist licence?
Yes, in Andalusia holiday rentals must be registered as a vivienda de uso turístico (VUT). If you don't have one yet, we'll help you get it.
How much do you charge?
A commission on booking income. If there are no bookings, you pay nothing. We give you the exact terms in the free assessment.
Can I use the flat myself on some dates?
Yes. Tell us which dates you want for yourself and we block them in the calendar.
What if a guest causes damage?
We inspect the flat after every stay and guests pay a security deposit. If there's a problem, we let you know and handle it.
